My job as your wedding photographer is to document the story of your day in a natural, creative and relaxed way. I’m a self confessed photography geek that specialises in and adores wedding photography. I pour my heart into every wedding and will always try my best to help make your wedding day amazing.
Planning your wedding can be overwhelming, there’s so much to think about and so much to pay for! Your wedding photography is one of the only parts of your wedding budget that will last a lifetime. For this reason, it’s really important that you choose a wedding photographer who has a style of photography that you love. Someone you can trust to tell the story of your day.
Before the service is my favourite time to go about getting some creative detail shots of the rings, flowers, dress, shoes and any other pretty things you have chosen for your day. These shots add a unique twist to your wedding images, and are great to use in your wedding album. I always see the morning prep as a behind the scenes sneak peek! It’s a great opportunity to get pictures of the bridal party getting ready. The finishing touches to the brides hair and makeup are always lovely shots to capture.
For me, it is important that we put some time aside during your wedding day for your couples shots. The day will run away with you, but one or two mini excursions are essential to get you some gorgeous showstopper images. These will be some of your most treasured shots, so it’s important that these are factored into the timeline of your day.
I am ultimately a documentary wedding photographer, so I will capture the most part of your wedding day in a natural and unobtrusive way. The exceptions to this are your group and couples shots. In the evening I also invite guests to have pictures in groups together as I circulate around your wedding venue.
On your wedding day, I will be with you for 10 hours. My clients usually want coverage from pre-wedding preparations, right the way through to the first dance. This would allow me to cover all the key points of your wedding day. I can of course extend my time if needed.
For a full wedding day booking you can usually expect to receive around 600-700 images, though this can vary from wedding to wedding. I will always try to edit the images and get them back to you as quickly as possible. I provide the edited digital files in a mixture of colour and black and white.
For full day weddings, coverage is provided for 10 hours, though you are welcome to extend my hours. A full days coverage for 2018 is £1200. You can usually expect to receive around 600-700 edited digital images, though this can vary slightly from wedding to wedding. A £200 non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure your date, and the remaining balance paid prior to your wedding date. I am happy to provide a wedding album discount if this is arranged alongside your wedding booking.
What Happens Next?
Please use the Contact Chloe page to get in touch and check my availability. Wedding photographers are booked long in advance, so try to check and secure your date as quickly as possible.
If we are meeting before your wedding I will bring some albums and artwork along for you to look through, whilst we discuss your wedding! For weddings further afield, a call or Skype call can sometimes be more convenient than a long travel for us to meet. If this is the case I can bring along any albums for you to view on your wedding day if this is something that you require.
I’m a Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire based wedding photographer but travel throughout the UK. Travel expenses for within a two hour radius from Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire are covered in my wedding fee.
If you are having an intimate wedding and only need coverage for a limited amount of hours, please get in touch for a quote.
