Matthew and Becky’s Moreton-in-Marsh wedding, took place on a sunny day at The Manor House Hotel.

The Manor House Hotel is situated in the heart of Moreton-in-Marsh, a beautiful market town in the northern Cotswolds. With the perfect weather and colourful array of flowers in full bloom, the venue gardens created the perfect backdrop for Matthew and Becky’s idyllic, outdoor, Cotswold wedding.

I arrived at the couples chosen venue on the morning of the wedding, where I took Becky’s wedding jewellery, shoes, tiara and beautiful dress into the garden to photograph.

The garden borders of The Manor House Hotel were filled with beautiful flowers, which created a lovely setting for some detail shots of Becky’s jewellery and shoes.

The staff at the hotel were busily setting up, ready for Matthew and Becky’s garden wedding service. There was a long red carpet ready for Becky to make her entrance, and the chairs were all decorated with colourful flower necklaces. These added a lovely touch of colour to the service and also were fun props for some of the wedding pictures!

A friend of the bride helped me into the garden with Becky’s wedding dress, where we hung it up for some pretty garden pictures.

When I had finished in the Cotswold garden, I made my way up the stairs in The Manor House, where I found Becky continuing to get ready. Her two bridesmaids were wearing gorgeous orange dresses, and she was in the process of getting her children into their wedding outfits.

A little later, I ventured back downstairs to capture the arrival of the wedding guests in their carefully chosen outfits. After a while all the guests took their seats in the garden and Matthew waited at the front for the arrival of his bride.

Becky looked beautiful as she made her way into the garden and down the red carpet, accompanied by her smiling father.

The wedding guests looked on as Matthew and Becky said their vows and became husband and wife before them, and shared their first kiss as a married couple.

This was the first Moreton-in-Marsh wedding that I have photographed, and it really was a stunning location for a wedding. All the guests looked to be having a wonderful time and the children had great fun playing in The Manor House Hotel garden for the entire day.
